Tubing coils are manufacturered by cold drawn and bright annealed. Not like the stright tubings, the coils are difficult to make inner cleaning, our factory has proprietary technology ultrosonic cleaning machine to make make sure inner surface good condition. Tube coils are always with high price compare to straight tubing due to its complicated production processed and low rate of final products.
Our production sizes for coil tubing is 4.76mm to 25mm for outside diamter, length depends on the unit weight of the tube, we could make a coil without joint section at 80kgs, so the tube OD and WT is smaller, the length will be larger.
The coils are used for heater used in euquipment for food industry. Customer was satisfied with the quality and delivery.
